Hello! I'm Sarah Trueblood. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing psychotherapy to adult individuals in the state of Indiana. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field treating a range of issues including personality disorders, depression, anxiety, codependency, addiction, eating disorders, relationship issues, and general life challenges or changes. I have a special interest in working with individuals struggling to set boundaries in toxic relationships. I strive to support you on your journey and provide concrete strategies on how to cope and assertively communicate with difficult people. I believe that there's no generic, one size fits all approach to therapy, so I incorporate aspects of several different therapies and tailor the therapy experience to fit your needs. I'm here to help you delve into what keeps you from being the best version of yourself at this point in time, and to provide tools to help you achieve your goals. I have training in and utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, effective interpersonal skills, and mindfulness.
